All content must meet community safety standards
Prohibited Custom Items
Oversized or Disruptive PNG items
- Excessively large head PNGs
- Items designed to disrupt or be obnoxious to other players screens or gameplay
- Oversized, transparent, or manipulated images intended to bypass restrictions
- Items designed to cause visual glitches, excessive lag, or rendering problems
- Items that intentionally cover other players
Graphic or Explicit Material
- Nudity or sexually explicit imagery
- Pornographic content or fetish-related imagery
- Graphic gore, exposed organs, or severe injuries
- Real world death or injury photography
- Depictions glorifying or showing torture, abuse, or extreme violence
- Sexualized depictions of minors, including fictional characters
- YAOI / YURI
Hate Speech & Discrimination + Harassment & Targeted Content
- Racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise discriminatory imagery
- Slurs, hateful slogans or targeted derogatory language
- Nazi imagery, extremist propaganda, or symbols used to promote hate
- Content mocking or dehumanizing individuals
- Symbols or imagery intended to harass or intimidate specific communities
- Items created to insult, humiliate, or target individuals or specific players
- Offensive imagery directed at staff or community
- Encouraging bullying, stalking, or harassment
- Items containing threats towards individuals or groups
- Submissions designed to provoke others or intimidate them
Dangerous or Harmful Content
- Promotion or glorification of self-harm or suicide
- Content encouraging real world violence
- Terrorist propaganda or recruitment material
- Promotion of dangerous challenges or harmful activities
- Images providing instructions for serious harmful or illegal activities
Real People & Personal Information
- PNG items featuring recognizable real people's faces
- Images containing private information
- Phone numbers, or anything to connect outside of the game such as social media
- Content made to impersonate real individuals
Scams, Impersonation & Misleading Content
- Fake staff badges or Phantom identification
- Items claiming administrative authority
- Fake system notification or ban message PNGs
- QR Codes linking off game
- Advertisement of suspicious websites, downloads, or other inappropriate services
Stolen, Copyrighted & Unauthorized Content
- Stolen custom artwork
- Reuploads from another players item without their permission
- Artwork falsely represented as original works
- Unauthorized use of Phantom's branding to impersonate staff
Inappropriate Text & Symbolism
- Explicit sexual wording/implied wording
- Hate speech or discriminatory terminology
- Attempts to bypass filtering using symbols, spacing, or alternate spellings
- Sexual or graphic innuendo that exceeds community standards
- Deliberately offensive or inflammatory imagery
Drugs, Alcohol & Substance-Related Content
- Items depicting recreational drugs, marijuana, or drug paraphernalia (bongs, pipes, etc.)
- Cigarettes, vapes, or other smoking-related products
- Items encouraging or glorifying drug or alcohol consumption
- Items promoting substance abuse or intoxication
Permitted Custom Item Guidelines
The following are generally acceptable, provided they comply with all other community guidelines.
- Non-graphic fictional weapons, including nonlethal or stylized guns
- Cartoon swords, bows, shields, and fantasy weapons
- Non-graphic spooky, gothic, horror-themed accessories
- Skulls, bones, ghosts, and other non-graphic macabre designs
- Original artwork and custom character designs
- Fictional characters and fandom-inspired designs
- Decorative accessories, symbols, and patterns
- Appropriate memes and humorous items
- Animal-themed accessories and fantasy creatures
- Mild cartoon combat themes without explicit gore
- Masterpieces depicting actors/media or famous individuals or real life persons
A weapon's appearance alone does not make it prohibited. Staff should evaluate whether the item falls under graphic violence, threats, extremist symbolism, or other prohibited elements documented here.

For those wondering why Yaoi/Yuri is not tolerated
Content explicitly promoting or depicting sexually suggestive, fetishized, or adult-oriented Yaoi/Yuri material is prohibited.
While these terms are sometimes used to describe non-explicit same-sex romance, they're associated historically with mature media. To maintain Phantom as an age-appropriate environment, we restrict content referencing to the adult-oriented interpretations.
Innocent romantic affection including hugging, cuddling, holding hands, or non-suggestive kissing remains permitted regardless of gender or sexuality.
These restrictions apply equally to heterosexual and same-sex content.
