Prices are in US dollars, charged by Stripe. All payments are non-refundable, including if your account is banned for breaking the rules. Monthly renews until you cancel. If you cancel you keep it until the period ends, but that period isn’t refunded. Lifetime never renews or expires, and includes future versions, the plugin store and account sync for as long as Phantom runs. Anything separate we build later is sold on its own. You need your own Animal Jam account; we don’t sell them. Phantom isn’t affiliated with Animal Jam or WildWorks.

Is there a free tier or a trial?
No trial. The private server is free, though: make a Phantom account and play there as long as you like. A plan is for playing on your own Animal Jam accounts.
Can I get a refund?
No. Payments are non-refundable, including if your account gets banned for breaking the rules.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
From Billing in your dashboard, through Stripe. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you’re in isn’t refunded.
What happens when my plan runs out?
Your games stop playing. Your accounts, scripts and settings are kept for when you come back.
Where do I find my invoices?
In Billing, in your dashboard. Stripe issues them and keeps the originals.
Do I need my own Animal Jam account?
Yes. We don’t sell them, and Phantom isn’t affiliated with Animal Jam or WildWorks.
Jam was free. Why does Phantom cost money?
Phantom is a different app, and it has servers to run: the plugin store, plugin reviews and account sync. Jam is still on GitHub, and still free.
