Phantom Vortex
Opens Phantom, which shows everything the plugin may do and waits for you to allow each line before any of its code runs.
Plays Phantoms!, the game on the platform inside the Phantom Vortex. Open the game yourself, then start it: it gathers the phantoms into a light shaft, wins the rounds, and keeps the den item when it is offered.

Open the game yourself, then start the run. It gathers the phantoms into a light shaft, presses on through the rounds, and keeps the den item if one is offered.
It does not carry the torch. The torch is your pointer, and the game throws a frightened phantom across the board in one frame, so a position worked out here lands two or three frames too late. Each phantom is written to the shaft's position inside the game instead, read there every frame. Carrying the torch is still an option; it plays fair and loses most rounds.
Settings
- Gather the phantoms into a light shaft. On. Off carries the torch.
- Start again after this many rounds. 0 plays on, which pays best. Below 5 and you never reach the round the den item comes on.
The den item
Round five, once per account. The server decides when the game opens, so if you already have it, nothing is offered however long you play. The run says which in its first line.
What it needs
"game": "act", to read the board and hold the torch or the phantoms in the game. Nothing leaves the machine.

What it can do
You allow each of these in Phantom when you install it.

Everything the game shows and holds: the room, the people in it, your animal, your items and the game’s own screens. It can hear what happens in the game, draw on top of it, and hide or restyle what is on your screen. With this alone it cannot act for you. Only in the games you choose.

Anything you could do in the game yourself: walk, chat, trade, buy, press the game’s own buttons, and change how the game behaves. Some of that spends gems or diamonds, and a trade cannot be undone. Only allow a plugin you trust.
- Only the games you pick
Everything above applies to the Animal Jam accounts you choose to run it on, and to no others. A new plugin runs on none until you pick.
